Consent: the interested parties mentioned in point 1 expressly accept the inclusion of the personal data collected through the contact form as well as derived from the commercial relationship, whose personal data are the names and surnames of the contact person, as well as the e-mail and/or address of the contact person and his/her identification data in case the customer is a natural person.

3. The treatment of data: this Privacy Policy is applicable to all personal data that Ganboa collects, stores and treats in the provision of the service and through the contact form of the portal or derived from the commercial relationship.
Ganboa informs interested parties mentioned in point 1 of the existence of a personal data file with the data obtained by such means for the purposes of information, management and provision of the services offered by Ganboa.

If the interested parties mentioned in point 1 provide personal data of third parties, they shall inform said third parties of the content of the data provided, of the existence and purpose of the file where their data is contained, of the possibility of exercising the rights and shall obtain the consent of said third party to communicate the data of said third party to Ganboa.

Security and confidentiality measures: Ganboa commits to respect the confidentiality of the data included in the aforementioned file and to use them in accordance with the purpose of the file, as well as to comply with its obligation to save them and to adapt all measures to avoid the alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
